The top portion of the Pet Carrier features dual-zippered closures for added visibility and breathability. The Outer shell is completely waterproof. Features a nice designer print on the front with the Touchdog embroidered trade stamp of perfection on the front. Comes with Over-The-Shoulder straps and a Built-in Leash Securer inside.
